"ILFOCHROME in RETROSPECT" A collection of original Ilfochrome prints by photographer Jerry Kencke. In 2004, the Ilfochrome process was discontinued by the Ilford Company, yielding to the age of digital printing. Ilfochrome is still considered the GOLD STANDARD for photographic prints. Each image displayed in the show is the last Ilfochrome print in existence. This is a rare opportunity to obtain a collector's item.

Art Source Gallery will feature Anne Watson Sorensen as the June featured artist. Join Anne in her artistic process in "Reflections of the Lost and Found". ““Reflections of the Lost and Found” is the process by which I paint. I begin with an idea for the painting’s desired end feeling. As the painting evolves, I must be willing to lose possible good things in order to find and discover deeper, richer ways. The viewer will see this evolution reflected in the variety of subject matter and I hope it resonates with you.”
The public is invited to the Opening Reception on First Thursday, June 2 from 6-9 pm. Music by John Sorensen. Wine provided by Indian Creek Winery. The show will run June 1-July 2. 1015 W Main Street, Boise. Hours Mon-Sat 10-6 pm.

As a designer and weaver of heirloom quality wool rugs, Maag must straddle the worlds of fine art and craft. As an artist she works within the limitations that a loom presents and finds ways to realize the designs she visualizes. As a craftsman, she weaves intricate, yet functional, long lasting rugs. These fundamental aspects of weaving have remained unchanged throughout history. Maag finds great comfort and humility in being part of this time-honored process.
On May 5th, you can see these beautifully crafted rugs at her Artist’s Reception at Art Source Gallery, 1015 Main St from 5:00 to 9:00. Featured musician will be Steve Flick. Wines will be available from Indian Creek Winery. This exhibit will be on display throughout May.5/1/16
