This is a contemporary accent lamp with a translucent purple/mauve fused glass shade with teal and purple accents.  The piece has been carefully fired and annealed in my computer-controlled kiln for maximum strength and durability.  After the multiple firings, the shade was fitted onto a brushed nickel modern desk lamp base which has an on/off switch in the cord. It is hand signed and numbered.
