This is a contemporary accent lamp with a light blue fused glass shade that incorporates many shades of blue to create a unique pattern. The interior of the lamp's surface has rainbow iridescence to add further color detail.  The piece has been carefully fired and annealed in my computer-controlled kiln for maximum strength and durability.  After the multiple firings, the shade was fitted onto a deep bronze modern desk lamp base which has an on/off switch in the cord. It is hand signed and numbered.
