time. For this reason, credit purchases will not be accepted via
this site or by e-mail. Mastercard and Visa charges can be accepted over
the phone, however. Other accepted forms of payment are personal, cashiers,
certified or travelers checks, and postal money orders. Gift certificates

Listed
below are brief descriptions of other purchase options. More detailed
signed agreements are required for each of them. |

| Layaways - | ||
| 25%of sale price plus full 6% Idaho sales tax due at the beginning of the layaway, with three additional monthly payments. Interest is not charged. | ||
| Rent to Own - | ||
30%
down, plus full 5% Idaho sales tax due at the beginning of the agreement,
with 7 equal monthly payments of the remaining balance. no interest is
charged |

| On Approval - Corporate Account | ||
| A corporate representative may remove art for client approval for a maximum of 10 days, after which the art is considered sold. A corporate billing address and a valid credit card number is required for this option. | ||
| Exhibit Leasing - | ||
| A 50% payment plus full 6% Idaho sales tax is required at the begining of the lease. After a maximum 7 day evaluation, the lease will be considered in effect. After 6 months, the art must be returned or may be purchased for the remaining balance. This option is for three or more pieces of artwork. | ||
| On Approval - Individual | ||
| Upon leaving a valid credit card number, individuals may remove art for evaluation in their home. After a maximum of 4 days, the art will be considered sold and the account will be billed. | ||
| Taxes - | ||
| The State of Idaho requires the collection of a 6% sales tax on retail goods sold or delivered within it's borders. If items are purchased for resale within Idaho, a completed form ST-101 must be submitted to the state for sales tax exemption.
