Creative expression is a force that pushes at the psyche, demanding to be heard. Even when it is shoved aside, stepped on, or covered up, it tickles the corners of the mind until finally the creative need explodes. It can not be denied!

Cass is a woman who tried to suppress the childlike, impractical, irrational path of the artist. For twenty years she pursued a career in electronics. She was successful, but the gradual accumulation of chaos, crisis, and trauma caused her live to crumble. In 1991 she hit rock bottom. With everything stripped away, still there flickered a creative soul, and the artist in her asked, "Is it finally my turn?"

After returning to school in 1991, switching majors from English to Counseling to Art, she is finally close to completing her Fine Arts degree in Photography.
